Do you wait for the first trade to work before adding a second position?

I don't have a hard rule for building exposure. When I get aggressive, there are usually a lot of entries I'd like to take, and I try to take as many as possible. The best entries often come within a few minutes. Most likely, when the first one doesn't work, I won't get the second or third.
