What do you think about traders working on their strengths more than their weaknesses, finding their strengths and really abusing them?

Personally I don't agree. I prefer working on the weaknesses more than the strengths. Take me as an example. If I only worked on my strengths, getting so good at the entries and at being aggressive, but got a little relaxed about overtrading, revenge trading and limiting risk per trade, I think I'd still behave like a boom-and-bust trader. To me the best approach is to keep improving on both ends but put a little more effort into the weaknesses. Most people are already good at their strengths, and working on them is comparatively effortless. That is why I think it is better to work a little harder on the weaknesses. It doesn't mean you don't need to work on your strengths; I'd just prioritise the weaknesses a little more.
