I've no firm recommendation. Early on, I tried to learn as much as possible rather than focusing only on swing trading. I looked at day trading, indicators such as MACD and RSI, and then gradually narrowed my focus to swing trading and asymmetric risk-reward with tight stops and a low win rate. Focusing on one thing from the beginning might have been boring for me. Learning more can help you understand the market more holistically. If you want to drill deeply into one setup or style, do that. If you think it is better to explore more, do that. There is no perfect answer, so don't overthink it.
